- The most common reason for returns is when something is smaller/bigger than perceived. To avoid this situation, please check the dimensions displayed on each product page.
- We can fix most damage/defective issues with a simple replacement without the need for a return at all.
If you still need to return something, you will need to contact us to receive a prior authorization RMA # and the correct return address.
We accept return claims within 30 days from the date of receipt of your merchandise.
- Defective/Damaged Returns: We try to resolve this by simply shipping replacements at no cost. If you do not want a replacement we will review the claim and decide if we need the product back. Most of the time, we try to avoid returns by requesting pictures of the defect/damage. If we need the product back we will arrange to get prepaid return labels sent to you.
- Non-defective/Undamaged Returns: This is the most uncommon type of returns claim. You would receive a full refund of the merchandise cost excluding all shipping charges once the merchandise has been received and checked back in. You would be responsible for the carrier costs to return.
