Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Q. Can I get a catalog

Please browse the CA Warehouse catalog online (view catalog), or Purchase the lastest catalog.

Q. Do you drop ship?

Products from the CA Warehouse are blind drop shipped by default. There is a generic return address on the label to the "Shipping Department", and no mention of any company name on the package or packing slips. No prices are shown on the packing slip.

Products from the TX Warehouse cannot be drop shipped. Our company name will be on the packing slip.

Q. Do you have a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order requirement, however we do have a minimum shipping and handling fee per order of $8.00

Q. My order has shipped. Can I change the address?

Yes, however UPS charge $11.00 per package for a change of address.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

There is a very small window of time where we can actually cancel your order. Once an order is packed, it is put on a trailer with other customer orders. As such, we are unable to unload packed orders from the trailer. Please see our Return Policy below.

Q. What if I receive damaged merchandise?

If there is damaged merchandise, please submit a claim for a replacement along with any missing merchandise. You will then be notified if a return is required, and if so, a return label will be mailed to you free of extra charge.

Q. What if I am missing merchandise?

If you are missing merchandise, please submit a claim for a replacement along with any claim for any damaged merchandise. If the item is still available, replacements will be shipped to you free of extra charge.

Q. What is your return policy?

Please view our policy on damaged merchandise. If the merchandise is not damaged, please submit your request for a return authorization number within 30 days of the date of puchase. Once the RA # has been issued, you must return the order to the correct address given with the RA # correspondence to ensure a refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and there is also a 20% restocking fee.

Q. My order is going to arrive too late.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates however we do have Transit Time maps that can give you a good estimate of delivery dates that you should review before placing your order. Please see our return policy above. If any merchandise arrives damaged, we can ship replacements out free of charge using the same shipping method paid for. If you need to upgrade to a faster delivery service, you will need to pay to difference.

Q. Do you offer terms?

No, all orders are prepay by either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards. Alternatively, we also accept payment via PayPal.com or Cashier Checks or Money Orders.
